Join Shauna Gutierrez and Selena Jachens for an afternoon of relaxation and exploration! Indulge in a sound bath, led by Selena, and invite new pictures of your soul’s experience to come into view through a guided experience led by QHHT practitioner Shauna Gutierrez. Shauna will use Delores Cannon’s group hypnosis technique to enhance your awareness of the part of you that is all-knowing, and guide through three unique experiences:

This form of hypnosis is conducted in a light level of trance (alpha state) and can be compared to a guided meditation. After each exploration, you will enjoy sound healing by Selena as you journal and reflect on your experiences, further traversing the pictures brought forward during your guided journey. After writing about your experience, you will have the opportunity to share with the group or sit in quiet reflection.
