➡️ A guided meditation and healing sound bath for deeper connection and reflection.
For this first workshop please bring a childhood photo of yourself- one that holds special meaning or simply resonates with you. It can be a printed photo or a digital image on your phone. The picture will be used as a reference for you to connect with your inner child and will be an important part of the art therapy segment during our first workshop.
