Get up close to one of Reading’s most recognisable landmarks — the Green Park Wind Turbine. Hosted by Reduce Energy Ltd, this free guided tour offers a rare chance to step behind the scenes and discover how wind power is generated, managed and fed into the local energy system.

You’ll learn how the turbine supports Reading’s transition to clean energy, what makes wind power so efficient, and why local renewables are essential for cutting carbon emissions.

Ideal for: residents, families, students,sustainability enthusiasts, community groups.
