We’ll work with 3 sacred Earth Medicines opening the heart and grounding us in intention. Clearing energetic blockages and deepening connection to self by expanding consciousness.

Throughout the ceremony, a sound bath and guided meditation will flow together, accompanying the medicine experiences, supporting release, integration, and alignment as you reflect and set intentions for the season ahead.
