Goth Yoga in North Beach

Goth Yoga returns to the Church of Mother Gong for an afternoon of stretching, breathing, and getting a little weird in North Beach.

Set against the Church’s wonderfully unusual backdrop of gongs, art, and curiosities, this all-levels class is a chance to slow down, move around, and enjoy yoga with a slightly darker disposition. Beginners are very welcome—no special flexibility, experience, or goth credentials required.

Some mats and blocks will be available, but please bring your own if you have them.
