About this Event
As the year comes to a soft close, this evening invites you to lie down, exhale, and be held by sound. For two continuous hours, the gong creates a living field of vibration around you. You do not need to do anything or perform in any way – you simply rest and allow the sound to carry you into deeper layers of yourself.
The Gong Puja is for those who feel a quiet yes to deep rest, subtle transformation, and a gentle, embodied way of completing the year. It is a space of silence, sound, and presence – free of performance, free of pressure, and open to anyone who wishes to listen.
- Comfortable, warm clothing and socks.
- Optional: your own mat / blanket if you prefer (studio has mats and props).
- Water bottle.
- Any extra cushion or eye cover that supports your rest.
What We’ll Do
For two continuous hours, you are invited to:
- Settle into a comfortable resting position and be held by rich layers of gong vibration.
- Let the harmonics move through your body like light through water, softening thought into the background.
- Allow your nervous system to unwind into a wide, quiet space inside.
- There is no practice to perform and nothing to figure out. The session unfolds mostly in silence, apart from the sound. You can change position, sit up, or quietly step outside at any time.
How It May Feel
The Gong Puja is:
- A sonic bath that leaves the body lighter and more open.
- An energetic cleanse, as if layers of the year gently fall away.
- A journey beyond ordinary awareness, where time softens and the mind grows spacious.
You might notice waves of vibration, subtle emotions flowing through, or a deep, grounded stillness. Every journey is personal; the sound meets each person in its own way.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This evening is for you if you feel drawn to:
- Close the year softly and intentionally, in the company of others
- Explore deep rest and sound-based meditation
- Spend quiet time with yourself in a held, gentle environment
You don’t need any previous experience with yoga, meditation, or sound. If you can lie down, you can take part.
Important Notes for Participants
- While Gong Puja can be deeply soothing and restorative, we offer the following guidance to ensure the experience is safe and supportive for all:
- If you are taking Medic*tion for anxiety, depression, sleep issues, blood pressure, or any condition affecting the nervous system, the depth of relaxation may feel more amplified.
- Those with epilepsy, sound sensitivity, PTSD, a history of trauma, or certain mental health conditions may find that the long, layered vibrations evoke unexpected sensations or emotions.
- If you are pregnant, particularly in the first trimester, please join only if it feels right for you and after consulting your healthcare provider.
- Participants with hearing aids or cochlear implants may wish to adjust or remove them if the sonic field feels too intense.
- If any of these relate to you—or if you are unsure how your body may respond—please check in with a healthcare professional before attending. You are welcome to shift positions, sit up, rest, take breaks, or step outside at any time. Your comfort and inner stability matter above all.
May the vibrations guide you, cleanse you, and remind you of the quiet healing already alive within your being.
MEET THE HOST
Dhiraj’s journey from software developer to sound healer was inspired by his wife’s deep connection to yoga and spirituality. Through yoga, meditation, and sound healing, he discovered a profound sense of peace and a passion for helping others reconnect with themselves.
Now, as a sound bath healer, Dhiraj creates warm, welcoming spaces where people can relax, reflect, and find inner calm. A proud member of Yogic Escape, he loves sharing the joy and balance he’s found, helping others on their own paths to self-discovery.
Frosina is a sound healer guided by deep empathy and a lifelong sensitivity to sound. Since childhood, she has felt the world through vibration music brought her joy, comfort, and a sense of connection unlike anything else. After moving to Berlin, her natural sensitivity drew her into the world of sound healing, where gongs, singing bowls, and other resonant instruments opened a new path within her. What began as fascination became a calling, leading her to complete her training and fully step into this work.
Today, Frosina offers emotionally supportive and heart-centered spaces shaped by her intuitive nature. Her gong-led journeys invite participants to release tension, embrace their inner world, and experience the deep healing that vibration and frequency can bring. Guided by care, empathy, and her profound relationship with sound, she creates sessions that nurture peace, balance, and emotional renewal.
