Join Desmond Maguire of The Returning Sound for this monthly gong bath; a sacred sound therapy and meditation session for emotional wellbeing. Be bathed in the sounds, frequencies and vibrations from the gongs, relaxing your brain wave state, reseting the nervous system and leading to better sleep patterns.
When?
10.30-11.30am once each month. Please check the calendar as the date changes.
*Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure everyone is settled for a prompt start.
Do I need any special clothing or equipment to take part?
You will need a yoga type mat & blanket for comfort.
Do I need any prior experience?
Not at all, but please check the contraindications for a gong bath* (scroll down to check) before attending.
How much does it cost?
This immersive, hour-long session costs £10 per person.
