Kundalini Yoga and Sound - Sunday Morning Session

In this Sunday morning collaboration Beth will lead you through a Kundalini Yoga set to help move out of overwhelm, alleviate stress and bring balance. We will close with a Restorative Sound Bath from Sabira to support integration of these powerful practices.

We start at 10 am please arrive from 9.45am to settle in.

This class will finish at 12.30 pm

There will also be herbal teas and a sweet treat available

Sound Baths

Sound Baths are an invitation to come into rest and support integration. The sound waves can encourage a relaxed state like meditation or sleep. Sabira uses her ethereal voice and the crystal bowls to calm and cleanse the system.

Studies have shown that Sound Baths can improve mood and wellbeing.

As you will be in stillness for up to an hour its good to wear something warm. It is advisable to bring warm socks, a blanket or anything to support warmth and comfort for the best experience.
