Come and immerse yourself in sound in the beautiful Pavilion in Bracknell, surrounded by woods🌲Let yourself be transported to a deeper state of relaxation with the singing bowls and gongs, and other instruments.
This will be followed by grounding and then a chance to relax further with herbal tea and homemade gluten free vegan cakes & snacks.
