• Connecting with nature on a mindful walk in the adjacent woodland, a site of special scientific interest supporting several rare plants
• A light, nutritious homemade lunch
• An exploration of meditation and mantra
• A Yin Yoga session of passive stretches to go deep and soothe the nervous system
• Sound immersion for deep relaxation. Featuring Ashley Clarke playing the gongs, singing bowls and drums as you marinate in the vibrations
• Closing circle
