* Opening circle - forming a connection
* Uplifting movement and breathwork to raise the energy
* Connecting with nature on a mindful walk in the adjacent woodland, a site of special scientific interest supporting several rare plants
* A light, nutritious homemade lunch
* An exploration of meditation and mantra
* A Yin Yoga session of passive stretches to go deep and soothe the nervous system
* Sound immersion for deep relaxation. Featuring Ashley Clarke playing the gongs, singing bowls and drums as you marinate in the vibrations
* Closing circle
* Treats and drinks throughout the day
