Start with a 45-minute revitalizing sauna session in a Barrel Sauna with the girls, followed by a refreshing ice bath to awaken your senses.

As you unwind and rejuvenate, we'll guide you through a peaceful meditation session designed to center your mind and deepen your sense of connection. Whether you're new to wellness practices or a seasoned pro, this day is designed to nurture your mind, body, and soul in a supportive and uplifting environment.

The Experience

Curated in an iconic Bondi Studio garden space, the CONTRAST THERAPY suite features a new state-of-the-art large infrared barrel sauna, ice bath, outdoor shower with Leif Botanicals products, exclusive access with a private garden, complimentary towels, filtered water, and a private change room.
