A perfect way to infuse your Sunday , complete your weekend and prepare for a smooth transition to the week ahead- a time to rest, recharge and reconnect with yourself.

Prepare to experience the transformative power of Sound Healing as you begin to relax the moment you enter through the tropical sanctuary of The Wellness Studio Bondi-REAR of 290 Bondi Road Bondi- Access via Castlevield Lane.

Begin your journey with an introduction to the principles of sound healing and the soothing sounds of mindfully chosen instruments. Ease into the experience with gentle breathing exercises, preparing your body for deep relaxation supported by a softly guided meditation and intention-setting practice, using visualisation to deepen the experience.

Let soothing, harmonising sounds wash over you, melting away stress and allowing you to relax, rest, and recharge.

Concluding with gentle grounding exercises to support you in integrating this experience into your daily life, leaving you feeling centred and balanced.

This in-person event invites you to connect with your community and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowl, Medicine Drum,Hand-Held Gong, Koshi Chimes, Tuning Forks and the voice.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start of the session.This will allow you to create your space for comfort, prior to this time the space will be preparing energetically to enhance your experience.If you are late, we are sorry that you we will be unable to enter in to the space. There is 2 hour free parking on Castlefield St/Imperial St and the surrounding streets.
