Sound Meditations Sound Bath Session

Enjoy a full body immersive experience from a variety of overtone playing instruments, tuning forks, chimes, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. Gradually relax and reset while listening with the body and mind. Discover the transformative power of sound and vibration to instill a feeling of deep relaxation, balance and well being.

Meditation mats and pillows are provided. Bring a blanket and bottle of water and arrive a few minutes before the session begins to allow time to settle in.
