Join Alli Taylor for a relaxing 75 minute Yin Yoga class that promotes flexibility and deep tissue stretching. We will explore long-held grounded postures to release tension in your body & calm your mind. Blocks will be provided to bring the earth up and meet your decompression needs. Contemplative and rejuvenating, give your body permission to slow down and be still. Bring your own pillow, yoga mat, & blanket. Alli will hold space for you while you rest. (If you do not have a yoga mat, Cosmic can provide one for your use during the class.)
