All ages and abilities are welcome! Every movement/exercise can be scaled to accommodate everyone to ensure the best and safest results. Whether you're new to fitness, a senior, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to move and learn new skills, this class is for you!

Led by experienced Kinesiologist and Yoga teacher, Persis Meisters, who brings over 15 years of expertise in movement, health, and wellness, you'll benefit from a tailored program that includes:
- Strength and balance exercises to reduce the risk of falls.
- Endurance and flexibility training to support daily activities.
- Coordination drills to enhance overall mobility.
- Health education tips to empower you in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
