Begin the workshop with a heart-opening cacao gathering and intention setting. This sacred ritual sets the tone for the day, helping you connect with your inner self and approach the work ahead with compassion, courage, and love.
🧘 Meditation to ground into the moment to cultivate presence for the transformative work ahead
🌀 Internal Family Systems (IFS) Session
Led by Simone, this IFS session will guide you to meet and understand the parts of yourself holding onto primary trauma imprints. You'll gently unravel the stories and patterns keeping you stuck, creating space for healing and self-leadership.
💨 9D Breathwork Journey: Healing Primary Trauma Imprints
Kelly with facilitate the deep dive into the transformative power of 9D Breathwork. With immersive soundscapes and guided breathwork, this session will help you access and release deep-seated trauma, emotional blocks, and limiting beliefs. By the end, you'll feel lighter, freer, and more aligned with your true self.
💆♀️ During the 9D breath journey Simone will also give hands off reiki and help move energy that’s being released to help balance your energy body
