✨✨What Is Shadow Work / Self Healing With IFS (Internal Family Systems)? ✨✨

Contrary to intellectualized self inquiry only creating understanding of oneself on a mental level, IFS (Internal Family Systems) is an evidence based approach to trauma healing, bridging psychotherapy with spirituality, focused on Higher Self Connection/Heart Connection and using a strategic way of self inquiry with the goal of connection to our fragmented inner parts cultivating a compassionate and attuned internal environment for continuous self healing (re-parenting, soul retrieval, inner child healing).

Through its rounded healing approach with a combination of somatic, energetic and psychological aspects and accessing the subconscious, it focuses on processing old wounds honoring the need for connection and release on a mind, body and soul level.

All this contributes to the releasing of old patterns & limiting beliefs, assisting in navigating new challenges and freeing up energetic space within to live life fully from an authentic space.

👥Individual & Group Work
to learn practical Shadow Work/Parts Work skills and the foundational inquiry process of IFS. learn to understand and recognize how your own parts communicate with you so you create more awareness when your system needs your attention (hello living outside of our bodies...lets return). And you’ll learn how to connect to your subconscious through various avenues (somatic, energetic, psychological), and process emotions through self-healing self inquiry during challenging situations or when you face confusion around taking action in life. You'll also learn how to ensure you're providing a lasting healing internal environment staying connected to your heart space/higher self throughout your transformative self work as well as how to return to this space during challenging life situations so you can navigate them with a clear lens.

including parts work aspects will support us throughout the day to help ground into our bodies, feel safe embarking on a day of internal deep work, connect to our parts and hearts creating internal calm and openness to the teachings and deepening the contents of the day.

🌱Cacao
which has been used to connect with others and oneself for a long time through its medicine as a natural heart opener is the perfect addition to Shadow Work.

🎼Sound Experiences by Robin Martin - The Blue Bird. Robin will provide specifically curated sound experiences at selected times throughout the workshop to enhance and help accessing integral states for “the work” and to help with integration of the energetic releases of the day and anchor in the learned leaving you ready to digest and implement these new transformative skills.
