Gentle & Nidra Yoga Community Class

Join us on Friday, March 28th, from 6:30-7:30 PM for a special Gentle & Yoga Nidra class designed to help you transition into your weekend with ease and mindfulness. This class blends 30 minutes of gentle flow to release tension and 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative guided meditation that allows you to completely unwind.

In our fast-paced world, we often rush from one thing to the next without pause. This class offers you the chance to slow down, reset, and step into your weekend with intention—feeling refreshed, grounded, and at peace.
