Spring has sprung and what a better time to use herbs to prepare our bodies for the warmer weather. We will take a look at Tonics to awaken the systems and floral teas to welcome spring plus some surprise tastings. Each participant will receive a handout, tea samples to taste in class and a blend to try at home.
