Inspired by themes of vulnerability, emotional honesty, and growth, this experience invites participants to explore what they're feeling, what needs their attention, and how they can cultivate greater compassion for themselves in this season of life.

Boston Trailhead/Overflow lot (1508 Boston Mills Road). Walk left towards the Boston Store, and cross at crosswalk.
Boston Mills Visitor Center (6947 Riverview Road). Head toward the visitor center and cross the pedestrian bridge. Walk toward the Boston Store and cross at the crosswalk.

Space is limited to 30 participants to ensure an intimate and meaningful experience.
This event serves as a fundraiser benefiting Quiet Thoughts Matter and our mission to increase access to emotional wellness programming and community-based support.
