Join us for an in person talk and book signing with documentary photographer and filmmaker Joshua Charow and Lower Manhattan Loft Tenants co-founder Chuck DeLaney, moderated by Westwood Gallery Executive Director and co-founder Margarite Almeida.

Lower Manhattan Loft Tenants was founded in the late 1970s and was responsible for passing Article 7-C of the Multiple Dwelling Law, otherwise known as the Loft Law.
