About this Event
P&T Knitwear is pleased to welcome critically acclaimed authors Gina Chung and Sally Wen Mao for a discussion of their most recent story collections — Green Frog , and Ninetails: Nine Tales — along with an audience Q&A and book signing!
"An unforgettable dream," (Morgan Talty, nationally bestselling author of Night of the Living Rez) Green Frog explores Korean American womanhood, bodies, animals, and transformation as a means of survival in stories that are equal parts fantastical and true to life.
A collection that "marks the beginning of a poet's long and potent exploration" (Ocean Vuong, New York Times-bestselling author of On Earth, We're Briefly Gorgeous), Ninetails reimagines the fox spirit from Asian folklore as an icon of vengeance, solidarity and liberation.
After the event, Gina and Sally will sign copies of their books.
