Movements and breathwork will be guided but are not mandatory. This is a judgment-free, non-competitive healing space. The instructor will demonstrate movements and provide verbal guidance through a high-quality sound system, making it easy for everyone to follow along. All levels and newcomers are warmly welcomed!

For over 18 years on Fort Lauderdale Beach, we have hosted a series of events during the full moon phase, along with daily classes. Each gathering is unique! Be sure to secure your spot and read all the details about this enchanting evening below.

🔸🎒 Beach Essentials to Bring

Large beach towel or blanket for more coverage on the sand—no yoga mat required. ( we do ot rent towles or mats) BYO drink to stay hydrated.

It can get chilly on the beach after sunset, so remember to bring layers or cover-ups.

A bag is essential to keep your belongings organized and prevent them from getting lost in the sand.

We have lighting on the beach during the event; if you plan to stay afterward, feel free to bring your own light or enjoy the beautiful moonlight.

Plan for extra travel time to the beachside, park, check-in, and spend extra time on the beach. Event duration 90 minutes + personal time afterwards.
