Class Description:
Join us for a gentle, full moon–inspired yoga flow on May 31 — a time for reflection, release and renewal.
This 60-minute class invites you to slow down and move with intention through a soft, mindful flow. We’ll explore gentle transitions and breath-led movement to help you unwind, ground and reconnect with your body.
The practice will gradually ease into a calming cool-down, ending with a few quiet moments of stillness to set intentions and let go of what no longer serves you.
Open to all levels, this class offers a supportive and accessible space to move, breathe and simply be.
Please bring a yoga mat, water and anything you may need to feel comfortable outdoors.
Instructor Bio:
Jessica Younes is a yoga and Pilates instructor based in Ottawa, dedicated to guiding others toward mindful, intentional movement.
Her approach is rooted in the belief that movement should feel nourishing, not punishing. Through her classes, she creates a supportive space where students can explore strength, breath, and balance in a way that feels both empowering and sustainable.
Jessica’s teaching goes beyond the physical practice — she invites her students to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with themselves, cultivating a deeper sense of awareness both on and off the mat.
She is continually inspired and grateful for the beautiful community she has the opportunity to move and grow with.

Description du cours :
Joignez-vous à nous le 31 mai pour une séance de yoga tout en douceur inspirée par la pleine lune, un moment propice à la réflexion, au lâcher-prise et au renouveau.
Ce cours de 60 minutes vous invite à ralentir et à bouger de manière intentionnelle en suivant un enchaînement de mouvements doux et conscients. Nous explorons des transitions en douceur et des mouvements rythmés par la respiration pour vous aider à vous détendre, à vous ancrer et à renouer avec votre corps.
La séance s’achèvera progressivement par une phase de récupération apaisante, suivie de quelques instants de calme et de silence pour formuler vos intentions et lâcher prise sur ce qui ne vous convient plus.
Ouvert à tous les niveaux, ce cours offre un espace accueillant et accessible pour bouger, respirer et simplement exister.
Veuillez apporter un tapis de yoga, une bouteille d’eau et tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour vous sentir à l’aise en plein air.
Biographie de l’instructrice :
Jessica Younes est une instructrice de yoga et de Pilates résidant à Ottawa qui se consacre à guider les gens dans la pratique de mouvements conscients et intentionnels.
Son approche repose sur la conviction que le mouvement doit être bénéfique, et non pénible. Dans ses cours, elle crée un espace bienveillant où les élèves peuvent explorer leur force, leur respiration et leur équilibre d’une manière à la fois valorisante et durable.
