I’m Liliia — a sound healing practitioner and vocal yoga instructor, offering gentle, non-clinical group experiences for relaxation and emotional wellbeing.

I’m grateful for your openness and trust.

You’re warmly invited to a Relax Circle — a calm and supportive space where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

This circle is open to all — men and women are welcome.

This is a space for rest, self-care, and gentle presence — where you can simply be, without pressure or expectations.

🌊 Contact Sound relaxation
With your consent, you may experience gentle vibrations of a Tibetan singing bowl placed near or lightly on the body

✨ Vocal yoga (voice work)
Soft voice practices to release tension and reconnect with your breath

🌿 Aromatherapy
Natural scents to support grounding and a sense of calm

🤍 Supportive group space
A respectful, welcoming environment where you can feel at ease (sharing is always optional)

This is a non-clinical wellness experience.
It is not therapy or counselling, but a supportive space for relaxation and self-care.

Taking time for yourself is not a luxury — it’s a way to restore balance, recharge your energy, and reconnect with what matters.
