Full Moon Sound Bath and Chakra Balancing Workshop: Release, Restore, Align

In this sound bath, you will be guided to release things that no longer serve you on a physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and/or spiritual level honoring the full moon in the sign of Virgo. Singing bowls for each chakra, gong, and bells from Nepal have high vibrational frequencies that balance and calm the mind, body, and spirit.

This is a powerful time for grounding, organization, and self-improvement. Virgo, an earth sign ruled by Mercury, governs details, routines, health, work, and practical matters. This lunation will encourage self-reflection, clarity, and refinement in various aspects of life. This is a time to release perfectionism, overthinking, or self-criticism.

Open up to the 7 colors of your chakras in a guided healing meditation and breath work session with a sound healing journey. We will be focusing on letting go through each of the chakras and this particular clarity full moon encourages reflection on long-term goals, relationships, and decisions that will be beneficial in the future. After the sound bath, there will be an opportunity to share your experiences.
