Join us for an hour to refresh and recharge yourself, because you deserve to be the best version of yourself!

Ben Diamond is a multi-instrumental sound practitioner and student, exploring the intersections of science, spirit and energy to heal and bring our bodies into a natural state of ease and wellbeing.

THE SPACE

• Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the class. In order keep the respect for the class, we do not allow any late comers to the class.
• Please remove shoes as we strive to keep the studio as a sacred & clean space for everyone.
• Please set cell phone to silent mode
• If you are feeling sick, we ask you to cancel or reschedule while adhering to our cancellation policy.

WHAT TO BRING

Please bring your yoga mat. Blankets and bolsters are available, but you are welcome to bring your own blankets, pillows, and any other items that will help you be comfortable during the hour!
