Own Your Story: A Mini-Retreat for Self-Discovery

In this mini-retreat, Loopwell Library Authors Jennifer Thibodaux and Lesley Marlin are thrilled to return to help you find and own YOUR story! 

Who: Open to all! This mini-retreat is geared towards EVERYONE.

What: Find your story because, yes, you have a story! Learn what YOUR story is AND how to use storytelling at home and work. After all, your life is a book with many chapters – let us help you find those stories as you “write” new ones!

Why: When you harness and share your story, you take ownership of your narrative, grow your confidence, live authentically, and showcase your resilience! Step into your story and step into your power – and inspire someone else to do the same!

How: A mini-retreat where Jennifer and Lesley will have a fireside chat to share the personal power of storytelling; Kanan Kapila, Loopwell’s Director of Spiritual Well-Being, will lead a guided sound bath and meditation to tap into our sense and inner voice; and Jennifer and Lesley will use science-backed microtools to guide attendees through exercises to find their stories and provide actionable takeaways.
