Full Moon Sacred Women's Circle

You are warmly invited to gather for our upcoming Full Moon Sacred Womens Circle. This in-person event is being held on Sunday 15th December at 6pm - 8pm in Hove.

The Sacred Womens Circle provides a sancturay to reflect on the year that has passed whilst sharing your hopes, dreams and visions for the future ahead. Wether you long to connect with others, find stillness within your bones or simply need a safe space to be seen and heard just as you are, our circle warmly embraces you.

We begin each circle by sharing our name and tuning into our collective energy.

You will then be guided on a seasonal meditation to ground and inspire connection.

Journalling practise. This powerful tool offers us deep insight into who we are now and who we dream to become.

Sacred sharing circle. This is the heart of our time together and is a safe space to share whatever is on your heart without anyone interupting you or trying to fix. The women who are receiving the share will practise deep, non-judgmental listening and collectively hold space for the speaker. I strongly beleive we each hold the wisdom we seek when given the opportunity to share freely.

Releasing and intention setting fire ritual. Release into the fire what is now safe to release, giving space to set your intentions and call in your hearts desire! Speaking it into existence as you are held and witnessed by thr group.

Heartfelt farewell. Closing the circle with a warm ambrace, carrying the magic of the circle with you into the night and into your community.
