Immerse yourself in a creative workshop that sparks inspiration, with restorative yoga using gentle postures and breathwork teqniques to slowly ease the body in to a state of relaxation ready to ease in to a sound healing session, using quartz crystal bowls and percussions to reclaim a sense of inner calm and allow your thoughts to drift away as you soothe your mind, ending with a guided Reiki meditation session, Scarlett Alice reiki takes you on a journey using warm soothing physical touch, aromatherapy organic blends and cranial sacral Therapy 🤍
