What better way to start and end the month than with your own full moon movement and meditation magic on and off the mat.

What to expect
⭐️We’ll start with a soulful, somatic yoga practice to move our energy and feel our grace and power - through yoga, shakti dance of yoga, mudras and breathwork

✨ Guided meditation and soundbath with crystal bowls and a range of other instruments that immerse you in healing vibrations for deep relaxation

This in-person event in the beautiful and spacious St Peter's Church Hall, N21 (close to Grange Park Station), is the perfect opportunity to tune into your physical and emotional energies, as we flow to soulful beats, create for fun and mindfulness, and slow down and restore with a soothing sound bath.
A combination of practices that are suitable and accessible for everyone.
MAY we be FREE (@theRisings_connect) marks a month of freedom within. What makes you feel free? For me, it's increasingly recognising and shedding patriarchal norms (created by a minority, to serve that minority by making others feel constantly inadequate - submission via control). Honouring my natural beauty inside and out - we don't need to conditioned to consume more and do more; we thrive from being, from creating and connecting.
It doesn't have to be big or drastic. Little changes until they become your norm.
Please remembr to bring a yoga mat, water bottle and layers and a blanket (to get comfy for the sound meditation).
