What to Expect:

✨ We will begin by intention setting & optional journaling. Sheema will then gently guide you through light stretching, breathwork, and meditation designed to realign your body and release tension, preparing you to slip into deep relaxation.

💫 You’ll then be immersed in a powerful sound bath using an array of traditional healing instruments, including Himalyan Bowls, Tibetan Gongs, Wind Chimes, and Crystal bowls. These soothing vibrations work at a cellular level to release blockages, balance energy, and fill you with a profound sense of peace.
