Friday Night Waves – Boulder, CO

Dear Boulder, Denver & Colorado dance community,

I'm so excited to come back your way and offer another 5Rhythms class at the Avalon on February 28th.

My intention is to continue and drop in again into the journey of the 5Rhythms Waves map.

I wouldn't be able to do this without the help of my friends and local teachers, Melissa Michaels, Amber Ryan and Harwood Ferguson. I’m also incredibly grateful for Sonja and her crew for producing me.

Looking forward to seeing you on the Dancefloor.

ARIEL'S BIO

I’ve been a 5Rhythms practitioner for over 20 years and I’ve been a teacher of the practice for the past 9 years. The 5Rhythms is a movement meditation practice where we dance and put form to the many layers of our lives. Through the portal of the dance, we invite ourselves to process, release and discover insight and connection.
I’ve been fortunate to study with Gabrielle Roth, the founder of the 5Rhythms as well as many of her peers and long time students, who are now teachers. Coming to the States in 2001 from Israel, movement became my refuge.
In many ways, holding space for people to find their truth through the body in motion has been my life purpose.
I hope we get the chance to dance together.
