Drop in for $15 and enjoy an hour of Yin Yoga set to low, mood enhancing lights and flameless candles for a small retreat for the mind! We do deep stretches, held for a few minutes and supported by props at the studio. The class ends with a guided meditation and crystal bowl.
Location is the building BEHIND Rhythm Co. at 612 Virginia Drive. Use the open parking or parking behind the buildings. Class is 6P-7P. You can reserve a spot and pay at the door. We are a cashless yoga studio. We take cash, but cannot give change.
