Learn about classic French recipes and about life in France from foreign exchange student Mano, who is here in Ely, Minnesota temporarily.
During the class, students will learn how to make a classic French dinner and dessert; Hachis Parmentier and Îles Flottantes.
In addition to the cooking demonstration, which students will be able to sample, students will learn from Mano about her experience growing up in France through stories about her school, family and friends, and culture. Join this dinner specific session to learn about some go-to evening French recipes and ask Mano any questions you'd like about France, French food, and her exchange experience so far.
