Each "Cooking Up a Notion" class will be with a different instructor and will follow a slightly different structure.
This Friday's class will be with board chair Lacey Squier and will focus on her famous pie crust recipe, which can be made into delicious hand pies.
Material fees will vary from class to class, and will be shared when instructors determine their individual price points. Students will be asked to bring the materials fee to class in cash and pay it directly to the instructor.
