About this Event

Join us for Monday Night Yoga at Little Woodrow’s at 7:00 PM, the perfect way to unwind and reset at the start of the week. This all levels class offers a welcoming flow designed to help you stretch, move, and recharge.

Participants must present a valid ID. Kids are welcome to attend but must leave the venue immediately after the class ends. Parking is available in the dirt lot across from Little Woodrow’s or via nearby street parking.

After class, enjoy exclusive participant discount specials and stay social with the community. Bring your mat (Mats are available but limited), invite a friend, and make Monday nights something to look forward to.
