Welcome TVFC and ASN Providers!

This event will take place at the Houston Health Department:

7411 Park Pl Blvd Houston, TX 77087

9:00am-12:00pm

Please allow time for parking and make sure to check in with the front desk when you arrive.

This training is for newly enrolled Texas Vaccines for Children (TVFC) and Adult Safety Net (ASN) providers, new employees working with the TVFC and/or ASN program, and those existing providers that need a refresher on TVFC/ASN policies and procedures. This training is open to City of Houston TVFC/ASN providers.

Please note as of September 1, 2024, Clinic Pin #'s that begin with 06 are no longer City of Houston providers. Please reach out to your Harris County Public Health Responsible Entity for further guidance. Pins that begin with 25 will be prioritized for registration.

We look forward to having you participate in our TVFC/ASN New Provider Orientation! Light refreshments will be provided.

There will be a 20-minute knowledge check at the end of this orientation. You must take and pass this quiz in order to receive a certificate of completion. Failure to take and/or pass the quiz will require you to participate in a future orientation.

You must attend the orientation in its entirety. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will not be allowed entrance.
