In a world where vulnerability is often seen as weakness and systemic barriers make it harder to access the support they need, Breakfast & Brotherhood creates a safe and affirming environment for connection.

This group is about more than conversation; it’s about unpacking the weight of societal expectations, challenging the stigma around mental health, and building a sense of community rooted in trust, understanding, and growth. Here, Black men can reflect, share, and support one another as they navigate life’s complexities.
