About this Event

Free Yoga Class for Migrants in Birmingham

Feeling stressed, low, or overwhelmed? You’re not alone, and we’re here for you. Our gentle and welcoming yoga sessions are designed to help you release stress, improve your mood, and reconnect with yourself in a safe and supportive space. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this is a space where you can breathe, move, and heal at your own pace.

Led by Ewa Weis, a highly experienced instructor who trained in India, these sessions focus on gentle movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation.

Ewa’s unique approach makes yoga accessible for all, no matter your experience or flexibility.

Yoga helps reduce stress, anxiety, and feelings of loneliness.

Supports mental well-being, especially for those struggling with low moods or depression.

This is a chance to connect with a supportive community and find moments of peace.

Yoga mats provided if you don’t have your own.

Perfect for beginners or experienced yogis from the Ukrainian and Central & Eastern European community, however all are welcome to join.

Project funded by Birmingham City Council.
