Heart-led Gentle Breathwork and Relaxation

Join us in person for a Soulful Heart Healing Breathwork & Embodiment Workshop to feel alive and free! Take time to connect to your heart and release anything that is no longer serving you.

***What to Expect***
- A 90 minute Breathwork workshop- Integration Activity
- A Guided Visualisation
- A 35 minute breathwork using various technique
- A chance to share and connect with other breathers in a meaningful way
***Practicalities***
- Please wear loose comfortable clothing
- Please bring a yoga mat or something to lie on
- You may also wish to bring a blanket, a water bottle and a notebook and pen
***After the Event***
- Do not plan to do too much. Give yourself some space and time to process what has happened.
- Eat nourishing food and drink plenty of water.
- Try and spend some time in nature or familiar and comforting surroundings.
- Noticing what has changed and journaling your thoughts may help you articulate where you are.
