This hatha class will be led by Jessa Frances. As a non-alcoholic beverage consultant and trauma-informed yoga teacher, Jessa is bringing a one-of-a-kind experience to Killjoy! Trained by the Akhanda Yoga Institute in Rishikesh, India, Jessa teaches a beautiful well-rounded practice that includes pranayama (yogic breath work) and a meditation meant to help you truly relax and reset your entire nervous system.
Following class, Jessa and Untoxicated are providing alcohol-free mimosas by Prima Pavé! Prima Pavé is a beautiful alcohol-removed sparkling wine from Italy that is 0.0% ABV and super low in sugar.
