Free Sunday meditation class

Suitable for everyone, our weekly in-person half an hour meditation classes are a perfect opportunity to take a break from busy daily life and experience the benefits of meditation for yourself. Take time out to reduce the stress in your day, which can help to remove internal stress, anxiety, worry and negativity.
You will also learn how to use Buddhist meditation to increase your inner peace and happiness, improve relationships and solve daily problems. These classes include a brief talk explaining about the meditation and the guided meditation itself.
Everyone is welcome, no need to book!
