This series of introductory classes covering the ABCs of meditation – breathing and concentration techniques to remove stress and calm the mind; the use of creative visualisations and mantric chants; meditation in the spiritual heart centre; how to set up your own personal meditation program.Once a week for three weeks from 6.30pm – 7.30pm
