About this Event
Get ready to move, sweat, and feel great at our FREE fitness bootcamp! Join us in Penge for a 4-week programme designed to boost your fitness, confidence, and wellbeing.
You can drop in for just one session or challenge yourself to complete all four, it's completely flexible!
This bootcamp is beginner-friendly, but all fitness levels are welcome. Whether you're just starting out or getting back into exercise, you’ll be supported every step of the way in a positive and inclusive environment.
Your safety comes first. After registering, you’ll be contacted to complete a short pre-event form to share any relevant medical conditions.
