Come join us for a relaxing evening of yoga at St. Luke's Neighbourhood Trust. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this event is open to all levels. Bring your own mat and water, and get ready to stretch, breathe, and unwind. Donations are always appreciated but not required. Let's come together to find peace and balance in our busy lives. Namaste!

This is suitable for all ages and abilities and it can be done seated. Please make the instructor aware of any additonal needs or support you require. Our venue is all ground level with disabled accessbible toilets. See you there!

What do I need to bring? You will need a yoga matt, water bottle. We can provide yoga matts, blocks, but have limited numbers thank you.

Parking can be found surrounding our venue, there is parking in maxwell street at the back of our venue.
