Evening Sound bathing- Free! (Donations welcome)

Welcome to Evening Sound Bathing at St. Luke's Neighbourhood Trust! Join us for a relaxing evening filled with soothing sounds and good vibes. Let the sound waves wash over you and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. This event is free, but donations are always welcome to support our community initiatives and support the local community. Anything you can donate is greatly appreciated and we reccommend between £3-£5. Come unwind and destress with us! What will you need? You will need a yoga matt, blanket, pillow/s, water bottle, eye mask is optional but useful! We can provide yoga mats, blankets and pillows if you forget or dont have any! Any updates including cancelatios of events will be shared directly on facebook so please follow: Luke's Centre Pallion.

Please only book on if you are fully committed to attending. We work hard to ensure we fairly allocate spaces. If you book on and can't attend please cancel through eventbrite to free up a vital space. Any persons who book on and do not turn up and this becomes a noticiable pattern will no longer be permitted to attend our sessions, respectfully, thank you for your cooperation and understanding- Centre Manager.
