Workshop 2: Eat for Energy – Simple Foods to Boost Mood & VitalityDiscover how everyday foods can fuel your body and lift your energy, especially through the festive season. We'll look at easy, nutrient-rich options to keep you feeling balanced, with a live demo and tasters of an energising recipe.
