FREE Community Garden Meditation: From Inner Peace to World Peace

Please join our Spring series of outdoor Padmakara Garden Meditations, with a focus on generating inner and outer peace.

Week 1 will introduce us to a Four Immeasurables practice. Week 2 will lead us into deep stillness through a sound meditation. Week 3 will culminate in a prayer for world peace.

We hope you can join us for all three gatherings in person.

In coming together in meditation as a group, we can generate positive energy through practicing together in these turbulent times, finding refuge in our community, and in these transformative teachings.
